Spent some time at the bar being helped by Tina, who was awesome. I was trying to find the Vikings game and she was super helpful and almost as frustrated as I was that it wasn’t being aired locally. “Great experience!”
Bianca has amazing customer service both for room service and in the restaurant. She was very helpful and thoughtful. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Having clean rooms was nice after a day of being out and doing things around Knoxville. Great stay!

“Great spot for airport visits”
We stayed overnight after a late arrival flight at the airport. Short 3 minute covered walkway from the airport. Had a digital key so no need to stop at front desk for a key. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. The restaurant on site eas very good for breakfast.

“The hotel was recommended, but it wasn't all that great”
