“Will definitely stay here again!”
Overall great place to stay. Very comfy beds and pillows. Super convenient that they have a Starbucks in the building so we were able to wake up, get a nice breakfast from the restaurant and grab a coffee for the road all without having to leave the hotel! Will definitely stay here again

“Great location, even better staff”
Such a great location in downtown knoxville. Walking distance to everything! Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Big thank you to Gabby at the front desk. She was so kind, gave us the best recommendations on where to go/eat! Even answered some business questions. Give this girl a raise!

“Hilton hotel experience”
Great hotel and staff the view was amazing, the rooms were neat close to downtown so there was a lot to do. Definitely recommend going to the food spots downtown if you have the opportunity they are great and Kelsi was wonderful at checkin and check out!

This is a nice hotel, but the rooms are very dated (including the climate system). That said, everyone who works here is terrific!
