“Never let Beth leave!”
Absolutely 100% only reason I stay here is Beth the bartender. I tried this place once and usually hotel bars / restaurants are suspect but she wowed me. Now I always come here when I’m in the area. Hotel is great as well but she goes above and beyond. And last but not least……she’ll leave the lig... more

“Beth the bar supervisor is fantastic!!”
Beth is great!! Our company stays here often and she is always a pleasure to deal with. She is super friendly, proactive, and keeps all of us "hydrated". Not sure you could have a better employee at this position. A raise might need to be considered.

“Excellent Experience”
Beth is terrific! Her attention to detail and hospitality is by far the best I have had at any hotel. She was our server for 3 of the nights and she knew all of our crews drinks. It was definitely a pleasant experience and I will book my stays in Knoxville due to the great service!

The people at the Hilton gardens on paper mill road in Knoxville, Tennessee did a great job of accommodating a handicapped veteran. “Sweet tea and Burgers”
The hotel is nice and clean, the staff is friendly. We were tired and took the kids to the hotel restaurant for a quick dinner. Beth was lovely and very accommodating. The burgers and fries were great and the sweet tea was spot on! Thank you for a lovely evening.
