“Will definitely return”
This hotel does everything right. It’s very clean, great location, comfy bed, great breakfast, nice indoor pool, and friendly staff. It could use some updates here and there, but it’s still great! We will definitely return for our next trip to Knoxville.

The owners of the hotel are very kind and welcoming. Front desk not so much. The hotel was safe our room was clean. The business next to us had a flood and caused pipes in the area to back up. We didn't any water in our room or entire hotel. Was not their fault but made the stay a little un comfort… more

“Worn carpet, broken frig, overpaid when I reserved by phone.”
Carpet was old and worn, refrigerator didn't refrigerate, and I $18 paid too much by calling the Choice Hotels number to reserve rather than reserving on line. Other than that the stay was OK ... the bedding was comfy and clean, and the room was quiet.
