“Wonderful experience!”
We stayed in Knoxville and really enjoyed our stay at Best Western. Beds were amazing and the pool was fun.

“Fine for our purposes”
Great shower. Helpful desk clerk directed us to a very good restaurant. The elevator down button didn’t work, so you had to go up to go down. Room carpet and furnishings a bit worn. One of several hotel chains at this exit, but I am a Best Western points person. Easy access off the interstate.

“From a Local”
It's an older hotel but the staff keep it running smooth. This is not really downtown Knoxville. But it is very close to it. Don't let the area fool you, the hotel delivers on its promises, pool, breakfast, gym, and great rooms. Its all there.

“Not our usual great experience.”
We always stay with Best Western when we are traveling. The staff was professional, the breakfast was good, bed was comfortable, but the room we stayed in needed a lot of work.
