“Nice staff”
The cleaning staff was very nice and helpful, especially ms Toussaint. The hot tub was also nice and toasty! The front desk staff was helpful and even got my favorite tea for me. “Compotent and friendly assistance!”
I had to cancel a stay last minute and Michelle F. was very helpful in assisting me with rebooking my reservation. She was considerate, friendly and professional. She definitely is an asset for the Westin. She also helped with storing my belongings while attending an event at the hotel.
