“Recent stay at the Craftsman”
We stay at the Craftsman when we are in Syracuse. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of room. Amenities are fine. They don't provide room service on a daily basis, but you are told that when you check in so that you can make arrangements accordingly. They have really improved the free breakf... more

“Disappointed mostly. Good location, great restaurant, but needs so big updating and deep cleaning.”
The good news is the location is very good, close to Syracuse and restaurants, Starbucks, Freedom of Espresso and others close by. And their own restaurant is delicious.
