“Fabulous cuisine immersed in history!”
Excellent service, gourmet menu, extensive wine list, immersed in Colorado history! Be sure to verify your reservation as tables fill up quickly. Steaks and fish are cooked to perfection with fabulous sides. You won’t find a bad choice on the menu.

“Delicious”
Amazing restaurant in Telluride! Don’t miss out. The food was delicious. We had filets, French onion soup, cornbread and mashed potatoes. Our server Ian was very attentive and kind. We visit Telluride each winter but this was our first visit to Chop. We will definitely be back!

Our second time here and was even better than the first! Hotel is so pretty and so cozy and in an awesome location!
