“Comfy & Spacious”
Very nice and spacious room. The breakfast is excellent and the cheesy grits a must. The staff is accommodating and they go out of their way to help you. It’s less then 2 miles from Busch Gardens and there is a lot of restaurants to choose from in that area.

“Excellent location, friendly staff”
Friendly place, excellent location for theme parks including Busch Gardens.. recognised our anniversary immediately. The hotel was under renovation but still clean and cared for. Breakfast good, plenty of choice. Thanks for introducing us to Wawa which is directly opposite, amazing pizza

“Hyatt continues to give hotels a good name”
Great management team and xlnt local transportation support. The desk manager was expert and made check in an easy experience. The young lady who transported us was professional and still a charmer. Nice pool area and a good feeling all around. We will be back.

“Great location for Busch Gardens but wait until renovations are complete.”
The hotel is under much needed construction so be aware before you go. Only one elevator works and the hotel is covered with construction material. Good location for Busch Gardens but the hotel is in shambles during renovations. Hopefully they get it completed soon.
