My overall experience was great! I was in room 305 for my stay and it was very clean, and comfortable with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were nice and fluffy. The only thing in the room that was a bit annoying was the fan in the bathroom was loud, so if you aren't up when you get out of the bed you will definitely be up when you get in the shower. I didn't get to partake much in the morning breakfast as work required me to be out of the door before then. I can tell you that unless you like really strong coffee, and I mean strong, bring some k-cups for your room and make your own coffee. All the front desk employees were very accommodating and friendly. The owner is amazing. The only negative thing I have to say is the last week I was there one of my shirts I bought for the trip there was stolen out of my luggage. I told the front desk clerk about it the following day and, nothing was ever done about it. It was a Lane Bryant 2xl long sleeve, beige plane shirt, so if you are this size be cautious of your clothing.

First let me give the positives, 1.) Excellent breakfast options. Very happy with the complimentary hot breakfast. 2.) Hotel is close to the Shoreline Amphitheater, within 10 minute drives. 3.) Our room was clean and I had no problems with it. 4.) The woman who checked us in was very nice. Excellent customer service with her. Now let me give the negatives... 1.) Needed an extra towel in the morning and when we asked the front desk for one, the woman (different employee from check in) seemed put off by our request. We thanked her for the towel and she said nothing. When we checked out, I asked her to email my receipt, I never got it, even though she said she would. Someone needs to train her on customer service skills because she has none. 2.) I was given the impression there were people living long term at the hotel. No issue there except they have children and at 12am I could hear one of them running around outside making a lot of noise. Not sure what was up with that. Overall I'd give this hotel 3 stars. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great. I would probably return again but only after looking elsewhere first.

Hotel itself - Hotel is close to Hwy 101, which is convenient for travel at the price of continuous noise from the high way (not too bad, though). - Hotel room is spacious and is kept clean. - Breakfast is good (pastries, waffle, egg scramble, sausages, fruits, cereals, juice, coffee including espresso machine, etc ...) - Wifi connection is stable and fast - Sufficient parking space 2. Neighborhood - Not great. Depending on the face of your window, it can be a little unpleasant. My room has a window facing the trash collection area, and homeless people keep coming and picking up stuffs. 3. Room Rate - The hotel room rates in the Silicon Valley seem still lower than pre-pandemic era, but I see it is climbing back. Comfort Inn in Sunnyvale is lower side among franchise hotels.
