“Relaxing stay for training”
The room was very clean and the staff very helpful and cheerful. They made us feel very welcome and greeted us every time we came in. The bed was hard for my taste, but perfect for my wife. Loved the layout of the room which made it easy to work and relax. No microwave in the room, though.

“Wonderful hotel, but beware of gurgling/burping in-room sinks making sleep impossible. Odd-numbered rooms are better.”
Love this hotel at Hyatt Sugar Land TX , but beware of the gurgling/bubbling room sink that pops and bleeps all night long, as we experienced our first night making sleep impossible. “Minor Issue”
The hotel offers a microwave in the dining area since there aren't any in the rooms. However, I discovered that it's not available during breakfast. I guess this is because they offer free breakfast. But what if you wanted to heat up something that wasn't offered in their breakfast, like a Kolache.… more

Please review the classification of your rooms. I normally book a premium lake view room. They were unavailable this time so I booked a lake view room. There was no lake in view!
