“Decent Choice”

Adequate for our needs. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Fairly quiet even on a sold out night. The ice machine was broken on our floor which was slightly inconvenient. Quiet area about a 20 minute drive to the JMA Wireless Dome where we were attending a concert. Would stay here again.

This hotel is very nice. From check in to check out, we had a very nice experience. Due to our flights being delayed, we arrived at 2:00 a.m. The front desk clerk was very nice and very efficient. We were in our room shortly after arriving at the the hotel. The hotel was very quiet. The breakfast was nice. It was very crowded when we went to breakfast, so there was limited seating. Nevertheless, we still had breakfast. Our check out was fast and easy too. The room was clean and well kept. I plan to stay at this hotel again.

“Nice Last Minute Stay”

We ended up here last minute after limping our way off the highway with a flat tire. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We ended up here last minute after limping our way off the highway with a flat tire. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean with the exception of the couch- the cushions were in need of a good steam clean. I would also note that the couch was pretty awkward to sit on- more like a daybed. Beds themselves were comfortable. Breakfast was fine- plenty of options and seating. There are a number of other hotels but not many restaurants in the immediate area which is more of a business park so definitely need to drive if going out for meals.

This is a pretty standard SpringHill suites. Rooms were decent though I wasn't too excited about the layout. Service at this location was good, the staff was welcoming, accommodating, and seemed to genuinely care about my elite member status. The location is what stood out the most, everything was within driving distance. The parking lot was large. Breakfast was standard of what you come to expect at a Springhill, loved that they offered turkey sausage. Some days, they'd keep it open past 9:30, so late risers can have what's left over, that was nice of them. Was not a fan of the Gym as it was very small, not sure what they were thinking. It was one of the smaller if not the smallest gyms I've been to in a Hotel, no scale, but they did offer towels and water as well. You get two treadmills, a bench, and dumbbells. The outdoor space right outside the gym had a couple of spots to seat in but the area was also very small. The a/c vents could also use some cleaning. I would suggest a deep cleaning at least once a quarter, my vents looked like they've never been cleaned.
