“DSI Event at the Wyndham City Center”
Just went to DSI banquet at the Wyndham. What an amazing time. The food was excellent. The staff was very professional and courteous to everyone. “Good Stay overall”
This is an older high rise hotel in downtown Springfield. I'm sure it has flown many flags in the past. But overall the hotel is fine. “Not getting better with age.”
Kind of a cool hotel. I do like the layout. The mezzanine and the ballroom nicely arranged. Problem is the place is aging out. Elevator not working, heat on the fritz, used hotel key cards not working consistently. As lovely as the hotel is, it is past its prime.

“Disappointed”
Rooms good, clean good mattress. Poor hot water in shower. I don't think I would stay here again, 2 or three elevators out of operation. Seems bit run down first impression. I was disappointed, expected a 5 star hotel being Downtown Springfield,

“Average”
The overall experience was just okay. The hotel outside appearance was nice. Navigation of the building was somewhat confusing at first. The rooms was acceptable. View from room was very nice. Building amenities were subpar in comparison to listing.
