“Great accommodations and close to everyone without a car”

This hotel was an easy Uber ride from airport and then no car needed. We walked to restaurants, church, dollar store, cookies and soccer stadium as well as beautiful river area. Gonzaga U is VERY close! The front desk person Paul was so friendly and welcoming! He was an excellent advisor to everything we wanted to see and do. The local restaurants are so good and the downtown charm is pleasant. The hotel looks like a Harry Potter painting at night! The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are clean. Spent a lot of time in the spacious lobby and the accommodating outdoor seating. The breakfast is plentiful and very delicious! There are warm cookies and cold milk every evening!! You won’t be disappointed if staying here! Every staff member we encountered in our three days was pleasant and accommodating!

Thank you to Charly and Max, who helped make our stay so much better. We traveled for medical reasons (a mother with dementia) and these two employees helped out with details which took the stress of the trip off. The hotel was very clean and our room VERY clean and nice for our five day stay. It served as a respite from noise, stress, and offered a recharging and quiet sleep. The breakfast area was tidy, well stocked, and staff were consistently available and attentive. They seem to run a tight ship and we are very thankful for it.

“Great location in downtown Spokane”

Best hotel to stay for business trip when in Spokane downtown I think. Friendly and caring staff .Hotel was clean and had all the amenities I need while on the road. You can walk to the river park and downtown with some great restaurants nearby.

“Traveling with dogs- good place to stay. Free food for the humans!”

If traveling with pets, you will be placed on the ground floor. We were charged $25 total, for one night, two dogs. If traveling with pets, you will be placed on the ground floor. We were charged $25 total, for one night, two dogs. This is the first time I've ever stayed on the ground floor, and admit it was so much easier to open the sliding door to let the dogs out (leashed!) in the morning, instead of frantically getting dressed to take them out before they loose control (as I don't live in an apartment, the dogs are used to getting outside within seconds of waking up). Each ground floor room has a small patio, and a small patch of grass that is shared with neighboring rooms (so they must be leashed, or else they might run into other dogs/rooms). The grass area was clean of debris, but the room didn't come with any waste bags. There was a dark brown washcloth sculpture on one bed, and I wonder if it's intended to be used to wipe muddy/snowy paws. The room was not overly sprayed with cleaning chemicals, and the dogs hardly sniffed around-- a good sign of good cleaning, and they found no hidden tidbits to eat--another good sign of good cleaning. Our room faced the river (a block away), and the noise from the roads are noticeable with the sliding door open. The a/c was a little noisy, but worked great in keeping the room cool. I loved the soft mattress--not saggy, but delightfully forgiving. Minimal bathroom, with separate sink. Not enough hooks near shower. The TV offered lots of channels, but with a lag time of FOUR seconds for the programs to load, channel surfing was painful. The remote wasn't the kind that's easy to wipe down. Very generous food options included with the stay: in the early evening there was a nacho/soft taco bar that was complete and good enough to be dinner, later on cookies, and in the morning a substantial offering of carbs, eggs, sausages and gravy. Also oatmeal, dried cereals, yogurt, boiled eggs, but not cut up fruit (although there were whole apples, maybe oranges?).
