“Brooke is the key”
Started poor with the customer service on the phone with both the 1-800 service and the hotel number but Brooke took care of things at check in and did an excellent job of customer service. “Not Up To Usual Standards.”
Not up to the usual Hampton standards. Hall carpets are dirty and worn, lots of chipped paint, everything looks a little tired, elevator call button sometimes had to be held in to get elevator.
