What a well run Hotel! We could tell that the hotel was full, but even so the staff seemed like a well oiled machine. Everything was clean, our room was great and checking in was a breeze! I had a few questions and Shelby had all the answers. The crew at breakfast was friendly, even went out of their way to bring us a re-fill on our coffee. Kudos to the GM Katie Carter, well done!

I must say, I travel for business frequently in Smyrna and Garden Inn is the best Hilton around. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The team clean every other day and the place is spotless. The chef makes top class cheese omelettes. He is so great. One negative is that the breakfast is way too expensive for what it is. $16, Hilton need to review that on maybe a per item basis. The MANAGER (woman I’m not sure of the name) is the most helpful woman I’ve come across in the hotel industry. There is nothing that she won’t do to make your stay pleasant enough. She helped me check in late, gave great local tips and was genuinely a lovely woman. She is a credit to the Hilton. I would also like to give a special mention to Jacklyn on reception. She is most helpful, so pleasant to speak to and nothing is too much for her. She is another credit to the Hilton and for just her and the manager, I will ensure that any visit in Smyrna lands me at the garden inn. Thank you team, for a top class service and exceeding expectations.

I made my reservation earlier in the day while traveling. When I arrived on 1/20 in the late afternoon I was greeted by 2 charming desk clerks. Both were helpful and able to answer my questions. My room was not far from the elevator as requested. Room was clean and comfortable. I always enjoy staying at Hilton Garden Inn’s and this one definitely didn’t disappoint. It offers comfort seating areas for its guest as well as a bar and restaurant. My husband loves the coffee available 24 hours a day.

I have stayed here several times recently for business. The weekend staff is not friendly or helpful, but the regular week day folks are great. The quality of the food and service are not on par with other HGI hotels. Rooms are great. Biggest reason I will choose not to stay here on future trips has nothing to do with the hotel, but there is a night club next door and the music is so loud you can not only hear but feel the base. I was up until 2am waiting for the place to close before I could fall asleep. If you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you.
