We have been to the wildhorse I think 5 or 6 times and it has been great each time! The staff all are generally friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and well appointed. The rooms all are western- themed and comfortable. The food is very good. I would strongly suggest management incorporate the golf club menu into the hotel menu, as the golf club restaurant had far more choices for food than the pool bar or the lobby bar or even the room service menu did. But, that said, the place is easily 5 star rating!

“Third visit….won’t be our last!”

This was our third visit to the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass. Such a beautiful resort with stellar customer service. We were upgraded to a Governor’s suite. It was fantastic! This was our third visit to the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass. Such a beautiful resort with stellar customer service. We were upgraded to a Governor’s suite. It was fantastic! My adult kids were in an executive suite - also very nice. There is so much to do at the resort…after 3 trips we still have not done everything there is to do. Things we have tried: golf, horseback riding, paddle boarding, tennis, water slide. Fun, fun, fun! The breakfast buffet is amazing. The pastries are fresh and out of this world. My kids love the Pancake machine. The fruit is always fresh and ripe with an abundance of choices. Eggs cooked to order are also included. The food and drinks from the pool bar were also very good and the service is friendly and attentive. They are always nearby when you need them but never a pest. They also bring complimentary pitchers of ice water as soon as you arrive to the pool. And the rooms are so clean and comfortable and the suites are very spacious! Huge TVs! Comfy beds for a great nights sleep. When we are in the phoenix/Scottsdale area….Sheraton Grand at Wild horse Pass will always be our first choice!

“A Grand Property, Indeed”

In a word, it's just grand! We loved it. It's very modern and clean and filled with beautiful artwork. The theme is Native American and the signature piece is a ceiling mural in the lobby. Our room was a nice size and very comfortable for a longish stay. We had a beautiful view, as well. There is room service and (surprise!) daily housekeeping. Well done! The grounds were spectacular. There were two main hiking trails which were just marvelous. Although it was quite warm, we just walked them at sunrise and it was lovely. Also, there are multiple pools, a convention center, and a spa. Finally, the lobby bar and restaurant were great. One of the highlights of our visit was the breakfast at Ko'Sin; what a wonderful and creative selection and well trained servers. The lobby bar was fabulous to just sit and people watch and enjoy the view. I cannot say enough nice things about this property. As I have said before, Sheratons vary wildly, but this one is at the very top of the list. Just a wonderful property!

“It’s all about the view”

Booked King Mountain View, moved into room and unpacked before realizing we had view of the hotel from room 3030. Booked King Mountain View, moved into room and unpacked before realizing we had view of the hotel from room 3030. We asked the front desk manager, Daisy to reduce charge to Resort View rate, but she argued that since we were on West side of the resort we had a Mountain View (see pic) I got very upset because I had booked the stay and dinner at Kai as Anniversary gift, and while she offered to let us change rooms, we didn’t want repacking and move to cut into our time. She refused to resolve at the time we were at the desk and said she would email. While ultimately she did email a $60 adjustment, the damage was done. Beautiful resort and updated rooms. Sad to say unlikely to return.
