“Amazing experience during thanksgiving”
Staff was friendly and attentive, room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable to help with well deserved rest after days of hiking. Spa had an excellent steam room and 2 outdoors hot tubs. “Best kept secret in Sedona!!”
First time visiting this boutique hotel. Great location . staff was extremely helpful. Our room had a fireplace which we loved. Beds super comfy. Enjoyed the spa. “Lovely and relaxing”

“Nice 3.5 star resort - staff is rude and not trained well”
Front desk staff was hard to reach and when we did was rude. 2 of the 4 Tesla chargers did not work, only found out in the morning when I expected to have a charge and did not. Restaurant is great!
