“Team weekend in NYC”

“Enjoyed our stay just wish the hot tub was open at the stated pool hours”
Stay was good. Only thing is the hot tub should be open and ready to go at 9am. It's frustrating when they are still adding water and chemicals bc most people want to use it in am before heading to city. Also there was never any towels at the pool.
