We booked this hotel to be close enough to New York without the high price tag! The rooms were spotless, cleaned everyday, sheets changed, new towels, tea coffee ect. The breakfast was plenty good enough with a wide range of bagels, cereal. Fruit, yogurts and cooked breakfast items. If your wanting to get the bus it is not far from the hotel however up hill and some could struggle. We got the community 51 bus which runs every 20 mins to New York until 11pm, however mostly got the 125 bus back at the New York station. We used Ubers to get to food places near by which wasn’t expensive, also not far from American dream mall which is unreal! Cannot fault the hotel at all well worth its money, lastly I would advise go out the back of the hotel when walking at level 2 and cut out more walking to where you need to be for buses ect.

Hello everyone, I am writing this review about my experience at this hotel. First, take uber from the airport it is a bit less expensive than the yellow taxi. We landed in LaGuardia. The hotel is in an industrial like area (nothing to see out your window), but just a few block up the hill are stores for grocery and shopping. The bus fare into NY city is reasonable. We paid 6 dollars round trip. 3 going and 3 going back. You do have to walk up hill to take the bus. Anyone with mobility issues this could present a problem. There are hotels upon the hill. We had visited NY many times, so we did not need to do sight seeing. Our cruise was leaving from Manhattan. We stayed in the hotel 3 days. I liked the hotel and the ability to go into NY without being in NY. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. My girl at the front desk (you know who you are, God bless you). The rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. We had no concerns. This is a good hotel for the price we paid on Expedia.ca. The breakfast is good, if you can’t find something to eat at this breakfast, something is wrong with you not the breakfast. For the price this deserved a 5 star. It is not the ritzy $250-350US per night hotel, but for bargain (saving money) shoppers, give this place a try. Things are very expensive nowadays, we like to vacation, but not come home broke.
