This review is long overdue, but our incredible experience at StayPineapple in Seattle left such a lasting impression that I’m now specifically seeking out another StayPineapple hotel for an upcoming trip. From the delicious pineapple cookies to the fun lobby games, the amenities were fantastic—but what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our visit special. My husband and niece loved playing shuffleboard, and the staff even surprised them by setting up a prize pack for the winner, complete with a pineapple keychain. My niece proudly keeps it on her backpack, and they still talk about their rematch plans! The team also provided great recommendations and made our departure easier by holding our bags after checkout since we had a red-eye flight. Their hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will absolutely stay here again whenever we return!

“The Reviews do not lie!”
Hotel 5 is located in close proximity to Pike’s Market and the Seattle Center. Both sites were approximately a 15 minute walk. Hotel 5 is located in close proximity to Pike’s Market and the Seattle Center. Both sites were approximately a 15 minute walk. The true gem of this hotel is the front desk staff, William, Samantha and Tyne. They were beyond gracious, welcoming and most helpful. Samantha overheard me mention that I planned on visiting the Chihuly Art Museum and provided me with a 50% discount card. I would also recommend downloading the Seattle Yellow Can app as taxis offer better pricing than ride share apps. I highly recommend staying at Hotel 5 on your visit to Seattle.

I have never been more impressed with a hotel in all of my years being a traveller. From the moment I walked into the lobby for check in until I left with my complimentary latte, I have never been more pleased with a hotel. The location was perfect for all of the shopping and entertainment happening in downtown, but the real gem is the room itself. Perfectly appointed with everything I needed (and some things I didn't know I needed!), and so clean. But let's cut to the chase... the linens. I am a snob and these were over the top. Down pillows? Down comforters? That perfect goldilocks bed?? The super fluffy towels? What an absolute gem this place is. I can't wait to stay again. You won't regret staying at this delightful boutique hotel!

Cool hotel funky decor, very convenient to major attractions. Ask for a room on third or fourth floor because being a central hotel traffic noise at night can be a bit disruptive. Cool hotel funky decor, very convenient to major attractions. Ask for a room on third or fourth floor because being a central hotel traffic noise at night can be a bit disruptive. Don’t bank on having a light breakfast as advertised. Three of of the five options weren’t available and the burrito was very floury tasting. I can understand why I was only person in breakfast area. Lots of places around if breakfast required. Bed was super comfortable all staff very pleasant and helpful.

“Okay place, great location”
This hotel needs updates and repairs. No suitcase racks, had a dirty old ottoman in room which staff did remove when we mentioned & they brought up luggage stand. Beds are comfy, pillows are hard. Has Sliding barn style door on bathroom, so not totally private. One of the two elevators had problems… more
This hotel needs updates and repairs. No suitcase racks, had a dirty old ottoman in room which staff did remove when we mentioned & they brought up luggage stand. Beds are comfy, pillows are hard. Has Sliding barn style door on bathroom, so not totally private. One of the two elevators had problems with going to our floor. Button didn’t work. Staff were good, pleasant. Parking on premises was good.
