“A Real Gem in the Emerald City”

Location, location, location! Walk to all the great Seattle finds- quiet area and the hotel Is flawless! Rooms were modern and clean, and the team here has thought of everything. I forgot my toothbrush and they had one for me. The breakfast had a good assortment- waffles, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, cereal yogurt. Coffee, teas and juices as well as fruit infused water in the lobby. The rooms are spacious and suites have a full size refrigerator and a stove top with a microwave. You could easily live here. And at a little over $100 a night- you can’t afford NOT to stay here!

“Great suites - Excellent location”
The suites are great, clean, quiet, bigger than other Hampton Inns’s and even have balconies. Hotel location is great, steps away from Seattle Center, grocery stores and many great restaurants. Staff is always attentive and trying to make your stay comfortable.

“Good location, nice hotel, unreliable parking”
My favorite aspect of the hotel is its location. It's one long block from the Space Needle, museums, and monorail (to downtown). It is off an I-5 exit and 99 if traveling by car. It's also easily walkable to downtown sights (Pike Place Market, e.g.) in 15-20 minutes. The area seems very safe. … more
My favorite aspect of the hotel is its location. It's one long block from the Space Needle, museums, and monorail (to downtown). It is off an I-5 exit and 99 if traveling by car. It's also easily walkable to downtown sights (Pike Place Market, e.g.) in 15-20 minutes. The area seems very safe. There is a supermarket across the street and there are several buses / transit options that run past the hotel. The room was nice, clean. Housekeeping and front desk staff were great. WiFi worked well and the breakfast was good (but coffee was blah esp by Hampton standards). Price was good during the off-season. The fridge and microwave worked well. The hotel has paid self-park, but the lot may fill up. When we came back to the hotel after a long day, we were unpleasantly surprised that parking was unavailable. All in all, the hotel is nice, but just beware that even if you pay the expensive Seattle parking, it doesn't mean you'll get it.

Pretty good here but the tv channels are semi limited and with the guide out of whack on the exact shows currently on! Some damages here and there in room but very spacious! Pretty good here but the tv channels are semi limited and with the guide out of whack on the exact shows currently on! Some damages here and there in room but very spacious! The floorboard above me is a bit light as every now and then I hear the odd stomp. I was told it is pretty sound proof as I did want top floor when I arrived. I am the quiet guest always. Staff nice and location is nice. I wanted to stay here again for a Sept concert (20th) but wow do they jack up rates for the summer/early fall months! A hot tub addition would be super!
