“Lovely hotel and staff”
Arrived yesterday for 3 nights after a long journey. BA had managed to leave all our cases in Heathrow. We checked in and the lady said they would email when our room was ready. Which they did. She also directed us to a nearby pharmacy so we could buy essentials. Thanks, sorry I didn't get your nam… more

“Great”
Great location and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff on the reception and nothing too much trouble. Room spacious, modern and clean with high end toiletries. Food in restaurant lovely but be aware of the 18% service charge. Would go again.
