Great property and even better service. I would like to specifically call out Alana. She is a professional and goes out of her way to accommodate the guests. Five stars for the beutiful property and 6 stars for Alana. 👍 We will be back for sure.

“Convenient and good value.”
We have stayed at the Arctic Club twice on both business and pleasure. It's a half block from the Pioneer Station Link light rail which makes it a half block from SeaTac, a half block to the football and baseball stadiums, and other attractions. We have stayed at the Arctic Club twice on both business and pleasure. It's a half block from the Pioneer Station Link light rail which makes it a half block from SeaTac, a half block to the football and baseball stadiums, and other attractions. It's a two-block walk to the water front. Reasonably priced and the complimentary breakfast buffet is a real value. The hotel is clean and and comfortable. The rooms are nicely appointed with an eye towards maintaining the period decor. Staff is always welcoming. We will be back.

I've stayed in several hotels in Seattle while there to see a show at the 5th Ave theater. This hotel is one of my top 2. Caitlyn made my reservation for me. She answered all my questions and concerns promptly. She put me at ease regarding parking, distance to the 5th Ave theater, and a late check out. When I checked in, it was Caitlyn day off, but the front desk was very informative and kind. I was truly pampered from dropping off my car (valet), with handling my luggage and bags (front desk) to the beverages waiting in my room. The room was huge and decor is so rustic it takes you back to time. Included with my beverages was a lovely "welcome" note. I was just there overnight and will definitely stay again. I want to spend more time in the bar area and explore more of the hotel. They offer free breakfast (very good) and robes. I had a wonderful, safe stay due to Caitlyn and her team.

“Grand old hotel”
Great Nostalgic feel to the hotel. The entry area/lounge has a classic ambiance. The room size is adequate but well appointed. The buffet breakfast was more than we expected. We were taking the train in the morning so the location was very convenient. The staff was very helpful with all requests.

Great location. We enjoyed being able to walk to all the nice spots Seattle has to offer. They have done a great job cleaning up the city in the past couple years.
