We booked this hotel based on the good reviews that it has received and wasn’t disappointed. The staff were all very friendly and the manager Glen was a star, he provided great knowledge of Seattle and Washington which really made our visit a smooth experience. The hotel is a little dated but don’t let that out you off, it is good value and in a handy location, close to the Line 1 light rail which made getting into/out of Seattle a breeze and was a bargain at $6. There is plenty of parking at the hotel and the breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. The room was large and clean with a comfy bed. Will definitely return when we come back to Seattle.

An unusual stay as so much was right about the stay and yet their were negatives Pro’s Excellent late night shuttle pick up from the airport Really friendly staff on arrival and throughout my stay A well appointed comfortable room with a refrigerator a microwave a comfortable bed room very clean. Seattle Best coffee in room In the morning an excellent breakfast good coffee too Cons Allocated room 2 which is downstairs kind of separate from all the other rooms with rooms 1 to 5 I think. Perpetual noise from relatively early in the morning as the housekeeping station and laundry is down the small corridor Door banging, loud talking, and to think I was concerned about plane noise. Operations seemed to move to the parking lot with repeated banging and movement of laundry carts Overall Would definitely stay here again. Just wouldn’t take a room in that particular area of the hotel. Shuttle this morning prompt and courteous again

“Could be Easily Improved!”

My wife and I stayed here one night. The check in experience was good. Our room 204 was small but clean. My wife had some difficulty getting the tv on in the afternoon. However, neither one of us could get it come on the morning of our departure. Getting a tv on should be simple. Supposedly… more

My wife and I stayed here one night. The check in experience was good. Our room 204 was small but clean. My wife had some difficulty getting the tv on in the afternoon. However, neither one of us could get it come on the morning of our departure. Getting a tv on should be simple. Supposedly, continental breakfast is available starting at three am. However, front desk staff did not have the refrigerator key to give us access to the hard boiled eggs and yogurt. Also the toaster was not on. Very limited. A disappointment. Shuttles are available to and fro from the airport. Our shuttle driver drove dangerously by tailgating constantly. I still liked her and gave her a trip. She needs to be trained properly by management. Be aware, the jets flew overhead most of the night. No problem with us. I did get to use the weights in the gym. It has been refurbished and has a plethora of equipment. Good job. Also, the outside is being repainted.

“Disappointed”

This hotel was just OK. We previously stayed in a Best Western in Lancaster, PA and that one was great. This one was not as nice. Stayed one night and disappointed due to location of the room, noisy hallway. Was the room clean, yes. Was the bedding clean, yes.
