“Great nights stay.”

Room was clean and the breakfast was great. Pool was clean and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Parking was easy and the location is good too. I especially liked the blackout curtains in our room; they helped me to sleep longer since we got in late. Thank you.

“Exceptional accommodations”

Wonderful hotel, clean, all of the above staff was very friendly, great rates for our stay. Close walk to the main street where all of the shops and restaurants are located. Stayed during the Thanksgiving holiday week and it was quiet and very laid back.

My room only had one coffee K-cup which was not restocked the next two days of my stay, and my room was not cleaned/bed made during my stay. “Disappointing stay this time around.”

Have stayed here numerous times, as it’s been a favorite. Friendly staff. Nice rooms, amenities and delicious continental breakfast. Was a bit disappointed this time in the room and continental breakfast. Room was clean, but had a funky smell. Thank goodness we requested a balcony room, so we could open the door to air it out. There was a sign at the counter upon check-in, stating, there would no longer be any room service available during your stay under 3 nights. If you needed towels, cloths, garbage removed or anything else, you had to go ask at the desk. Continental breakfast was a huge disappointment. Four people working the kitchen when we went to breakfast at 9. Dining room basically empty, but 2 tables. Should have been our first sign. The fridge had 2 containers of yogurt and a gallon of milk in it, for cereal. Have NEVER seen it that bare before. The fruit bowl had 2 oranges in it. The oatmeal was empty. The potatoes were empty. A few sausage links and patties were still available, and the egg/cheese omelette’s were nearly gone. The kitchen staff never came out to replenish food, while we were there, and the dining area was getting busy. We could hear them chatting away, but that was all. Someone asked for cream cheese and were told they had none. Was shocked to see the warmer empty and bare of their delicious cinnamon rolls. It felt like the whole atmosphere had changed, and they were not keeping or stocking things as usual. It was a bit shocking. They did have hot coffee and tea though. Dud not have the usual hot chocolate or apple cider packets though, as they were awaiting an order. We hope this was just an off situation, and will be back to normal on our next visit.
