“Customer service”
The hotel is clean and a bit older, but I enjoyed my sleep in the comfortable beds. Most of the staff were friendly, except for the blonde girl who worked Saturday morning, the 28th. “Great place to stay”
When I got there Elizabeth was great. Very helpful and warm. The shower was hot. The gym was good enough. This hotel has wetlands in the front and back so it was very scenic. I actually had a good sleep here. I usually don’t sleep well at hotels. Breakfast was good too. Lots of choices. La… more

“Enjoyed my visit”
Enjoyed my visit... The hotel and staff are great! The breakfast is yummy too! Rooms are small, but nicely appointed. Really close to downtown Monterey and the beach! This is a miss stay hotel! Really like the trails and park behind the hotel.

Stayed here for two nights. Room was on 4th floor. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. It’s nothing fancy pretty standard. Even though it was late October I got a good swim in one night in the heated pool.
