“The Staff Make The Experience”
I wasn’t sure when I booked this hotel because the ones I had been recommended were fully booked. The staff truly made my stay. From Deanna at the front desk, Mike driving the shuttle to the conference and the housekeeping team. Everyone is so nice, professional and responsive.

“Nice hotel rooms need work”
Pros. Friendly staff. Great free breakfast. Good location for access to 101. Comfortable bed. Aircon worked very well. Cons. Room 319 limited crockery. Dirty shower area that needs reworked rather than a clean! No view from balcony (could not sit on it due noise from hotel aircon units)
