“Nice, clean hotel”

The hotel was very nice and clean The location was okay for walking to City Market but glad to have the shuttle. The shuttle driver, Will, was great and was definitely nice to have as a driver. The tv's in the room seemed to have streaming issues. Would be really nice if the tv's allowed HDMI input… more

The hotel was very nice and clean The location was okay for walking to City Market but glad to have the shuttle. The shuttle driver, Will, was great and was definitely nice to have as a driver. The tv's in the room seemed to have streaming issues. Would be really nice if the tv's allowed HDMI input to function, like being able to use a firestick or PlayStation. Have never stayed at a hotel that didn't allow the inputs to be used before

“Historic Savannah”

The room was clean and comfortable. It was a little noisy at night with the group of young people but looked like management posted a sign afterwards. Front desk was friendly and helpful. I wished there was a gym in the premises. The location was good, and easily walkable to all the places.

The rooms were nice and updated. However the pillows were awful! They were very thick and firm. I like either a feather pillow or a very thin pillow. After the first night with a crick in my neck, I asked the front desk staff if there were any other types of pillows available. She told me "no", tha… more

The rooms were nice and updated. However the pillows were awful! They were very thick and firm. I like either a feather pillow or a very thin pillow. After the first night with a crick in my neck, I asked the front desk staff if there were any other types of pillows available. She told me "no", that those were the only type of pillows they had and wasn't very helpful or concerned. I spent the rest of the week using a wadded up sheet as my pillow. Also, it is a bit far from the historic district and the walk to the historic district takes you through a non-picturesque/high traffic area, so it is not a very pleasant walk. They do have a complimentary shuttle to the historic district in the evening that is nice, but nothing during the day.

“Ok, but better available.”

Although their parking is cheaper than any other hotel in the city, the location is not convenient for getting in and out or close to the historic district. Breakfast was $17 per person and totally not worth it. Better Breakfast available at the Embassy or Hampton Inn and it's complimentary!

The pillows are the perfect firmness. The room was both clean and spacious. But the toilet in room 218 was obviously selected by a woman because a mans junk does not fit when sitting on it. The towels and washclothes were supplied to bare minimum for two people. Most Hilton properties have three of each of the washclothes, hand towels and bath towels. The breakfast was minimal. Although there were eggs cooked to order, the coffee was old, cold, and stale at 0700. For the prlce charged for the room, charging $25 per day for parking is an excessive fee for a lot that is not enclosed and gated. It certainly exceeds the cost of printing the parking pass on colored paper for the dash of the car with a marker to identify the customer parking there.
