“Skye!”
Skye was the best front desk person ever! Helpful and kind! Great customer service. Want him to be employee of the year! Had a great trip with the pilot training reunion class of 1969 from Lubbock Texas. Maybe the last for these fighter pilots. Thanks Skye!

As a consumer with Hilton Diamond Status, this hotel does not live up to Hilton standards of other hotels.
