Had a great stay at The Pierside, Santa Monica. Terrific location and lovely staff. A special acknowledgement to Richard, George, Manny and the lovely lady in Reception. Had a great stay at The Pierside, Santa Monica. Terrific location and lovely staff. A special acknowledgement to Richard, George, Manny and the lovely lady in Reception. Sorry I can't remember your name. The only negative was they seemed a bit short staffed when we were there. We needed to chase up housekeeping two of the days to make our room up and the restaurant was short staffed in the mornings and only taking small groups of people in at a time. The food however was really good and as said the staff were lovely and working really hard. I would recommend staying here

“Highly recommend”
We went on January 7th with our two dogs when we had to evacuate our home. The hotel and it's staff could not have been nicer and we ended up staying for three nights. Room was great - had a frig and coffee maker and the food/drink at the restaurant also great - but above all the staff was friendly… more
We went on January 7th with our two dogs when we had to evacuate our home. The hotel and it's staff could not have been nicer and we ended up staying for three nights. Room was great - had a frig and coffee maker and the food/drink at the restaurant also great - but above all the staff was friendly and accommodating- highly recommend (also it's a GREAT location to all things santa monica)
