I would like to send a shout out to the bartender Ashly at this residence inn that girl is the absolute best mixologist I have ever seen!! Her drinks were always good and she went out of her way to make the drinks that I like,she ever brings her own big ice cubes for my favorite old fashion 🥃

My room number was 329 so avoid the rooms near 329, 229, and 129. The hotel is filled with workers so there wasn't the possibility to change rooms.

“Decent For A Short Term Stay”

Stayed at this Residence Inn for business purposes. I stayed for a little over a week from April 25-May 8. I must say their property were a big step up from their non Marriott competitor within 1/2 mile radius. I was actually staying at that non Marriott competitor and I only spent 1/2 a night and had to come to here. So that's a plus! The breakfast here was decent, it was hot, and very convenient as I left out for work each morning. I read another reviewer comments about receiving bartending/mixology service, which was a bit confusing since there was no bar there whatsoever. In fact, they had an outdated flyer in the room about happy hour services which had been suspended since the pandemic started I was told. So I dunno about that review. Their cleaning staff were great, and the front desk addressed issues as they arose. I would come back from work and smelled strong cigarette smoke in the bathroom, but it was suppose to be a nonsmoking facility so they basically said smoking was prohibited but nothing was actually done about the issue. I'm guessing someone was smoking daily and did it in the bathroom so the exhaust fan could pull the odor out their room. I actually had recalled the hotel after check out, to inquire about the brand toilet in the room because I was very impressed with the one in my room. They stated that was privileged/private info. That was silly ah. SMH. The brand info is literally imprinted on the john in the room, I just forgot to snap a pic of it. But the hotel itself is decent, family friendly, rooms were spacious, housekeeping comes 3 times a week, and there is Wal-Mart is across the street and several good eateries within a mile of the hotel.

If you are traveling with your family and visiting the local theme parks, I'd recommend. Despite the tired and dark interior, the hotel as the Residence Inn brand offers a little bit of everything - free breakfast, small gym, small pool and suites which are perfect for family's. As a single traveler en-rout from PHX to Stanford who stopped in for the night - very average and a tad expensive for what you get. Exceptionally slow internet. My lap top connection offered the fast internet upgrade (that was good) but somehow this was not presented on my tablet.
