“City is yucky, but this is a Hidden Gem”
I was hesitant to stay here but it was close to where I needed to be for the weekend and the reviews helped. Rooms were clean and big, we had an emergency so we went from 2 people staying there to 5 and it worked out fine. Beds were comfy and big enough for two people each. Cute "Palms Springs" v... more

My work team came for a workshop at the Judicial Council, which was a VERY short walk away, and stay at the Phoenix. It has a funky, rock-n-roll vibe that I loved. “Fun!”
I really liked this hotel. Received a warm welcome and had a heated pool right outside my door. Comp bottle of California wine. Groovy robes. Easy wifi. Terrible location (someone was arrested in the street as we left, but Ubers are plentiful. Just use your brain.

“Nice oasis in the bustle of it all”
We felt perfectly safe and cared for on our re-discovery trip of San Francisco. I was pleasantly surprised and will visit again.

“Good Overall”
Centrally located and very safe, this hotel is very cute and updated with a vintage vibe. I felt like I was back in the 70's hoping to see a glimpse of the band staying in the same hotel. The staff was wonderful and so helpful.
