“Better than expected. And Free parking.”
Much better than I expected. Pros: room has been redone- painted, updated bathroom, wood look floors. Sun blockout curtains. Refrigerator and microwave. CLEAN. Good neighborhood. Best of all free parking. CONS: exterior badly needs painting, free breakfast advertised does not exist. Clerk laughed… more

“Comfortable, clean, and kind staff”
Due to a medical issue, the staff was ready and willing to help me with luggage. They provided advice and were very accommodating. My room was clean and comfortable. Surf was a great value and a fantastic location walkable to shops and great places to eat. The water and views were not far away.

Great location and very convenient with plenty of bars restaurant and Cafe near by. Room was very basic as were the condiments and they definitely need to invest in new towels. Easy transaction however but they didn't offer room service or cleaning during our 5 day stay. Good location however

“Family stay”
Great location but very basic but suited us great. No room service but easily get towels and soaps from reception. Value for money but don't expect any luxury. Ideal for exploring san fransisco as a sleep over. Lovely cafe near by and easy walk to bridge
