“Nice and Cozy!”
Old building, small room and iffy heater that I wasn't sure how to work. But staff was kind, breakfast and wine provided for free were delicious. Furthermore, the location was my favorite! “Lovely and charming getaway!”
Birthday celebration. Came up to see Funny Girl, had dinner and a baseball game the next day. Charming, cozy and comfortable!

“Like staying in a Wes Anderson movie”
This is a nice little hotel in a good location near Union Square and Chinatown. It’s in a well preserved classic San Francisco building and the decor is of the time period of the building. The parlor downstairs is out of a Wes Anderson movie. It was very clean and everything worked.

“Cozy boutique inn”
This is a cozy boutique hotel on lower Non Hill a short walk from Union Square. The fireplace rooms are great for foggy SF days. The staff is great, the breakfast is fine. Some might consider the place a bit dowdy but the location, comfort, cleanliness and service are great.
