Really good experience overall. Staff all really lovely and accommodating. Perfect location. Only very (very) slight drawbacks were room deposits taken at the time of checkin that were never communicated prior, thin wall and no onsite bar/catering. “V nice hotel. Would stay again!”
We felt very well looked after here. Pulled up and were valet parked for a fee (it’s the only way to park-but we expected it), then lots of help to get lots of bags to our room. Great location, the rooms are recently refurbished - very impressive, it was a wrench to leave! Have stayed at hotels in Fisherman’s Wharf before - this was much better value for money. This hotel is in a great location. 5 min walk to Fisherman’s wharf and can walk around downtown. Close walk to bus stop as well. Nice outside seating area with games.
