“The California Suite is Spectacular”
We stayed in the California Suite at the Mark Hopkins and it was an amazing experience. The suite was spectacular with big windows overlooking Nob Hill. “Elegant old world charm”
Hotel exudes a timeless European charm, with its elegant decor and warm ambiance creating an inviting and luxurious experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights. Staff and service was excellent and professional.

Very disappointed in my stay. I used to stay here quite frequently and I will have to say the service has taken a sharp decline. The rooms are dated. I will look elsewhere my next stay.
