“Perfect Orpheum Theater Hotel”
This hotel is perfect for going to Orpheum Theater at night. BART entrance just across the street and exits at Orpheum Theater doors. The hotel is wonderful, clean and has friendly employees. Valet team was terrific. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Even the elevators are pretty”
The staff were amazing. I was able to check in early and run my bags in while leaving my car in the valet area for 15 minutes. The lobby was stunning and looked like a museum. The elevators were glass and faced the grand lobby. The room was immaculate and felt brand new. I will absolutely stay her… more

“Impeccable cleanliness that met my high standards.”
Great location near the Ferry Building, and exemplary customer service. We usually add Club access for the wonderful 360 rotating view but the food served has greatly diminished in quality. I can no longer recommend the additional expense.
