“Thank you Jeff at Hotel Zelos”
Big Thank you to the front desk staff JEFF for accomodating us. Extremely friendly and went above and beyond during the whole check in process. The whole check in process was a breeze and most enjoyable. Room is newly updated and so far so good.

“Excellent service”
Front office staff Jeff was most service-detailed and obliged to our request for early check in. This is much appreciated especially after a long flight from Asia. Room is clean and smell good. We stayed here 4 years ago and find the condition hasn’t “aged” at all.

“Easy check in”
It was the smoothest check in ever. The place is very beautiful and very clean. It was a super nice place for our week long trip to San Francisco. It had everything we needed and more. Thank you so much for accommodating us Jeff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel well located in the heart of the city very convenient near to all. Staff are friendly and professional, Jazmin check us in early and gave us complimentary upgrade facing the Market St. we enjoyed our room bed was soft. I look forward to return to this hotel.

Jazmin and Anish is a very helpful staff, made my San Francisco stay more interesting. They help me with directions and location that I can visit, and that was very helpful. Jasmine shown me where a best vier for sunsets and I can go with my partner. thank you
