The staff was wonderfully accommodating to me. I had a bad week-I had a problem with a guest in my room and security was instantly there to assist me in a very professional and non intrusive manner. When my purse was stolen at a bus stop, the staff worked with me to find a way to assure I would continue to have lodging until I could figure things out. The hotel is beautiful and newly remodeled. Rooms are well-appointed with quality linens and windows that open for fresh air. Room was large with walk-in closet and a big-enough shower so I didn’t bump my elbows! The neighborhood is a bit less touristy than several others I’ve stayed at, being working class and family-oriented. (There is the requisite SF charm, including occasional yelling/loud music on the street, homelessness, drug use, but again, far less than I’ve seen elsewhere in SF. It’s an unavoidable fact of life in the city)) There’s a gourmet grocery down the street along with several restaurants that serve great food late.

“Would stay here again”

Stayed here for one night while on a road trip. Cute place, nice location with a comfortable bed, clean, and friendly front desk. Loved the pillows, so soft and comfy. No fridge and had to pay for parking was a downside. But overall, I would recommend.

Hotel clean, good smell, good design. Location of hotel not so good cause its trashy outside of door of hotel, smelly and trails of homelessness near. There was also a problem with accidental deposit, their terminals were not working and clerk was asking me to give him $200 cash. I said “excuse me”… more

Hotel clean, good smell, good design. Location of hotel not so good cause its trashy outside of door of hotel, smelly and trails of homelessness near. There was also a problem with accidental deposit, their terminals were not working and clerk was asking me to give him $200 cash. I said “excuse me” after he spoke to his boss they put pending $50 on my card as pending deposit. So if your terminal doesnt work to take in a card that is out of line to ask me for cash. Over all experience good

Tried to check in early for our room. We were told that our room #608 was ready but we had to pay an extra $25 by one person but she was corrected by her coworker that the cost would be $45 to have early check in. We declined and said we would come back When we returned to check in, we were given keys to room # 506. I asked what happened to #608 and she said. “They are they same rooms,” When we were asked to pay, we asked what the room rate is, we were told “I don’t know, I can’t see it. Just tap, swipe or insert your card Nice hotel otherwise, recently renovated. Secure parking very close
