“Good Location”
Was there for the Thanksgiving holiday. Hotel is in a great location, a block away from Chinatown, walking distance to North Beach and Union Square. Robes available upon request. “Meh”
My stay at this property was pretty uneventful. Clean, elevators worked, had access to the gym. I stayed on a higher floor and had wonderful views. Only negatives were that no one gave me the lay of the land not did it seem like there was room service.

“Lounge is closed”
I pod to upgrade to the premium/executive floor so that we would have access to the lounge. They happily took my money, but the lounge is closed. BEWARE! Call to make sure there is a lounge before you upgrade because all you’re paying for is a higher floor.
