The things I liked were it was safe (no one’s cars were broken into during stockshow unlike other hotels) it had a microwave and fridge. Things I didn’t like were condition of room, filthy blanket, and they don’t seem too eager to refund the $100 deposit they charged. Also there’s no breakfast like in the photos you are led to believe. It’s a granola bar and yogurt in a bag. If you want to check in even just a few minutes before 3pm they charge more for that even if the room is ready. So it was just ok and now I am fighting to get the deposit back after they promised it gets returned at 11am which is check out time that 6am is not check out time. Half the outlets do not work in the room and looked actually burnt.

My room was fairly clean, but there was a dead bug in the hall by the bathroom, water spots left on the nightstand, and there was stuck on food in the microwave. Also, my coffeepot was not working, and the staff said there were no more available. Coffee was available in the lobby, so that was not too much of an inconvenience. Online, people are led to believe that breakfast is set out in a breakfast area. When I called, I was told there would be breakfast in a bag, consisting of yogurt, a granola bar, fruit, coffee, and juice. Instead, there was no yogurt for each of two mornings (meaning the staff did nothing to remedy the situation) and no juice. I was told that they were waiting on the juice machine to be repaired/replaced. It seems to me that a properly managed motel would get small containers of juice and yogurt from a store to fulfill their description of breakfast. Most of the employees were very polite and helpful except for one young woman who was rude to both me and another in my party on the morning of checking out (two separate incidents). The way she spoke to me made me think that she must deal with disreputable people often. She seemed to think I would not return the luggage cart! The interior hallway is a plus for security. The air conditioning worked, and the beds were comfortable enough with clean linens and towels, and the value is very good.
