“Staybridge no complaints”
Hotel was impeccably clean. Staff all smiles. Gloria at the front desk goes above and beyond with customer service. My king sweet was awesome! Great location next to train station and Espee event venue. Short distance to river walk and many other attractions.

Very clean. I can tell this hotel Is well managed. Employees seem very happy to work there. Loved the suite. Bed was very comfortable. Was a short walk to the River Walk on East Commerce Street. Very safe area. Really good restaurant next door for dinner with authentic Mexican food. The best part is when we arrived they had a buffet of food for dinner. Had ravioli that was delicious. Such a nice surprise and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Huge choice of hot and cold food. For the price, this hotel Far exceeded our expectations. If there was one negative. The air conditioner was a little Loud.

“Nice, clean & quiet for a work trip”
Super clean, great staff and quiet rooms! Gloria at the front desk is a gem of a human being!! She was super helpful and so nice after a long day of traveling! Parking was a little confusing but overall, would definitely stay here again! Great experience!

“Good”
The hotel was nice and room was good. Bathroom in the room was small. Great walking distance to the Riverwalk. Close to the base. I did not like that the parking was a bit tight and one day they had good breakfast. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

PROS: The staff at Staybridge are amazing: friendly, professional, considerate. The rooms are nicely furnished, with plenty of amenities. The A/C does its job well. They get MeTV. CONS: It's an "old" building, which is part of its charm. Unfortunately, it presents some challenges in the noise department. Walls are paper-thin. One night, I was awakened by a woman having a loud conversation -- in the hallway, I assumed. Nope, upon investigation, she was in her room, two doors down! But that's how easily noise travels here. Then there's the elevators. Oh my. Every time they're in motion, you hear a sound resembling a rollercoaster passing overhead. It goes on all night, and you can't escape it. The A/C helps mask it, but it doesn't run all night. OVERALL: If you're an heavy sleeper, then you can't do much better than this for the price. If you're a light sleeper and have early morning obligations, then you'd probably be better off going with someplace more modern.
