Great staff A+ for valet Luis very friendly and great customer service went out of his way to guide us to some placees close by to walk and check out, very informative. we book a 6th floor room but got 5th floor the Room had a few issues with cleaning could have been better and the bathroom exhaust vent didn’t work making it a little difficult for 3 people trying to get ready. But overall was good

“Clean and Efficient”

Nice Lobby, friendly staff. Rooms are clean. More of a motel vibe in room. Min supplies. Great location for walking Riverwalk and Downtown area. Literally around the corner from Riverwalk and great dining options. Mostly quiet at night. Felt very safe as a woman staying alone.

“Very Peaceful get away”

The hotel was in an extremely convenient location for us to enjoy downtown. Everything we wanted to experience was in walking distance and we really enjoyed a peaceful stay ! The beds were a little too firm, but still slept really well. We will visit again

The property is conveniently located within walking distance to several attractions. The room is comfortable and staff are friendly. The coffee shop is great! Also Ron the general manager will check in to make sure all is well. All was well except for the properties cleaning policy that I was unaware of at the time of booking. I would recommend this property for no more than one night due to the lack of cleaning. I was only provided with fresh towels in my room on the first of my three night stay. After the first night one must call or go to the front desk to receive clean towels & wash cloths. We received no room cleaning what so ever after the first night. I called the front desk after the 3 day old trash in my room started to stink and I was informed that the rooms are only cleaned 1 time every 4 days. I was told that I can remove the trash myself and place it in the hallway. I wasn't offered any replacement trash bags to put back in the cans. This means no made beds, no clean linens, and no trash removal for over half a week. This was shocking to me as a guest! I have visited many states and several other countries. This is the only place I have ever stayed that did not provide any cleaning or trash removal, without providing detailed instructions on where to leave your trash or a washer, dryer, and cleaning supplies if they did not clean the rooms or provide fresh linens themselves. I believe most guest would much rather pay a little more to be provided with cleaning supplies,a covered trash bin, and a washer/drier if the property isn't going to provide these services.
