“Fancy vacation”
I was so excited about this trip with my close friends started so well the warm welcome way that Katie can do in the valet entrance she was so helpful with our bags and gave us directions to the front desk. Very well hotel to all that help well definitely come back again this time of year!!!

“Great ballet”
Katie was a good ballet, she was very helpful and gave us good directions. The hotel was very nice, the tree inside was very nice and presentable. It was very fun in San Antonio a very beautiful area to go around. I loved the cute restaurants and things to do there!

“Amazing!”
We went to the Holiday buffet and it was delicious. The valet service was spectacular. Everyone in the hotel was so helpful, attentive, and nice! Hard to find that these days! Gracie and Belle in the valet and Eve in the restaurant had stand out excellent service. Thank you to all!

“Valet parking and general hotel experience.”
Secelia and Rochelle were very helpful at valet parking, the rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Hot showers and nice atmosphere. All staff are well mannered and helpful whenever needed. Good conversation and speedy assistance.

“Valet”
There wasn’t a self parking option at our hotel but the valet turned out to be convenient. Secelia was very friendly and fast at getting my car and Rochelle was super helpful with info for our stay! I would definitely use the valet service at the Menger again, their staff are wonderful.
