Location was great. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The airport is close as well. They have shuttle to the airport. The room was spacious, clean, and temperature was great when I entered. They offer green options that you can practice and also practice being green as well.

My Wife's Sister, from Ft Collins, Colorado, flew down on Tuesday to spend the week with us. We picked her up on Tuesday and returned home. When one goes out of town you eat on the road where you can and once you get to the city or town you are headed - you do the same. On this trip we decided to go in on Monday, spend the night in a hotel and pick her up on Tuesday when her plane lands. It's kind hard to do that while the plane is in the air, so it must land - that's a very important part of your trip. Anyway, 'nine days' before, I checked out Hotels around the San Antonio International Airport and found some good deals - then I checked harder and got a great deal with Drury Inn & Suites right next to the airport. We have stayed at a Drury Inn several times around Texas and a few other states and Love everything about them. The rooms are always nice, clean, fresh everything and the service is Tops - and you always get a freshly made Breakfast, like a lot of Hotels do - but Drury Inn gives you a little more than Breakfast. Here is what we received at this particular Drury Inn. First of all we arrived an hour early and our room was ready. Checked in nice and easy - this is always a Plus anywhere you go. First of all, when you arrive, there is an aroma of Fresh Popcorn filling the air. This is for all guest anytime during the day through the evening. At a Drury Inn you also receive a complimentary Dinner for everyone listed in your room. This is served Buffet Style and you can go back as many times as you want, and every night the menu changes. This Monday night they are going Mexican Restaurant style and offering; Fresh Tortillas, Black Beans, Fresh Corn, Shredded Lettuce, Chips, Taco Meat, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Nacho Cheese, Hot Sauces, Tabasco Sauce, Sour Cream, Sliced Jalapenos, Red Salsa for you to mix it up anyway you want. Also, Hot Dogs with Buns, Mustard, Ketchup, Relish - along with a variety of condiments. And they have a Soda Machine with several choices of your favorite drinks - this is available 24 hours a day. During Dinner Time each adult has a card for 3-Alcoholic Drinks of your choice - it's an Open Bar offering Wine, Beer & Spirits. For my Dinner I enjoyed a couple of Tacos with lots of goodies inside and also some Chips made up Nacho Style - and a Loaded Hot Dog with Mustard, Ketchup, Relish, Taco Meat and Shredded Cheese. My Drinks started off with a Bloody Mary (and it was extra Spice) and a couple of Bourbon & Diet Cokes. My Lovely Wife went with some Taco Meat and toppings, Nachos, and Tortilla Soup, with her two drinks of Bourbon & Diet Cokes. I enjoyed her 3rd drink as my fourth, another Bourbon & Diet Coke. They do not skimp on the alcohol - very tasty drinks. The Bartender was really good and earned the "Dollar-Bow-Tie" Award. While enjoying our Dinner some of the Drury Staff were going around to each table offering to clear off the finished plates and picking up the drink glasses. Service is Beyond Tops at this Drury Inn. After Dinner we enjoyed some Fresh Popcorn. The Huge TV in the room is very easy to operate with a remote you can understand and a list of TV Stations to watch. This is a Big Plus because some Hotels do not include any instructions on how to use the TV, or list what channels are available. After a very relaxing nights sleep we headed down for Breakfast. Here is what they offered and what we enjoyed. First of all, they have some really good tasting coffee for you - not weak and not overly strong, with choices of creamers. Breakfast is a Full Spread of 'you name it they offer it'. They have Tortillas available if you want, and Scrambled Eggs/Sausage with Scrambled Eggs, Skillet Potatoes, Sausage Patties, Biscuits with Sausage Gravy and Gravy without Sausage & Hard Boiled Eggs. Cold and Hot Cereal and make your own Waffles with Hot Syrup. Also Bananas, Apples, Yogurt of various flavors and Juices of choice. Also lots of condiments available with Raisin Bread, Bagel choices and Breads. It's like walking into a Smorgasbord - so much is offered I can't list it all here. Breakfast also changes around each morning. I usually can find a great deal just about anywhere but I never found one this good. The entire Hotel was immaculate and the Staff, everywhere in the Hotel were the most friendliest people you ever encountered. And I didn't have to wash windows, vacuum the floor or repair anything for this deal - it all was provided. We LOVE the fact that the Drury Inns offer Dinner for you. This saves you time of checking in after a long days drive (sometimes, anyway - this drive was only 3 hours) and then going out to find a place to eat dinner. This made an easy trip even easier - and it's a Beautiful drive both ways - it's TEXAS. Thank You Baby for another Beautiful Relaxing Outing. Love You Bunches & WonderfulTimeMunches. “Weird”

Room was clean the bed was very comfortable staff was very nice everything was clean in and out from my experience I just had noises from the right to the left of home of me I don't know if somebody was jumping up and down or it just felt like somebody was watching me and feel weird.
