Hotel is in a great location to the airport and freeways and has a bar and restaurant on site but the front desk help leaves something to be desired. We had a two night stay booked but about 5:30 the second day received an email while we were out that suggested we find another place to stay as there was a water main break and we would be without water and air conditioning for an unknown period of time. They did nothing to help relocate us except to suggest two other hotels. They did relocate the airline personnel who were staying there. We found another hotel that was not close to the airport and they did transport us there as we had already turned in our rental car. That hotel, however, didn't have transportation to the airport until 6:00 a.m. and this hotel did provide the transportation for the airline personnel while we had to pay for a taxi. Irritating.

Average experience in an architectural gem. I stayed here years ago before an early flight and i couldn’t believe how hoping the lobby was on a weekday evening. The place can really impress to this day. It has a very large expansive lobby With many areas to sit and chat with friends. The restaurant seems to have a following among business people. And a coffee bar/snack shop at the other end of the lobby. Very nice look and the building itslef has a fantastic late sixties vibe to it. The pool was once very large but now it seems to have been filled in and is used as a game field. Kinda sad but the courtyard still has some charm. There is a small pool but its not the kind you would want to swim in for very long. A small gym rounds out the area. It’s the hallways and rooms that are on the dreary side just not a very warm and inviting feeling and the fact that the executive lounge has been done away with is real bummer it’s hard to pay the extra money to stay at a Marriott when a lot of the benefits are gone you might as well stay at a courtyard for half the price, I will say this place has good look though

“It did what it needed to do”

This hotel was ok. It's older but has been nicely renovated. We chose it because we had our small dog and they charge per stay rather than per day, like a lot of hotels. This hotel was ok. It's older but has been nicely renovated. We chose it because we had our small dog and they charge per stay rather than per day, like a lot of hotels. However, the bathroom door is a slider but it is poorly aligned to the floor, so you couldn't close it after a certain distance because it drug on the floor. Also, you can use the virtual key to skip the front desk upon check in. Only problem with that is that a key is required to use the elevator but it doesn't respond to the virtual / digital key in the app. After realizing this, I returned to the desk and was told I needed a physical key for that. So what's the point of the whole digital key in the app if you can't get to your room with it? You also need a physical key for the parking, which was $15/day., which was reasonable, but there are options nearby with free parking. The stay was decent; bed wasn't the most comfortable but I appreciated the renovations, including a full sized couch in the executive room. But for the price, especially if you need to park, I'm not so sure I'd choose this one again.

While the workers are polite, sweet, and helpful, much has to be done about maintenance. I checked in on June 28th, and had to immediately dust the shelves in the closet and restroom. While the workers are polite, sweet, and helpful, much has to be done about maintenance. I checked in on June 28th, and had to immediately dust the shelves in the closet and restroom. As I kept looking around, sheets were not fresh and dust can be visible on top of all counters, as well as the floors and behind the side tables. I am allergic to dust and have been affected by this from the beginning of my stay. I also used the gym this morning and could see that the equipment had not been cleaned or sanitized. I am very tempted to go purchase a bottle of Mr. Clean and Clorox for the remainder of my stay. Finally, other guests are smoking week and the smell is poignant on half of the 4th floor.
