I went to St Louise to see the arch and explore the city. This was the best price for a hotel near the arch, and on site parking was cheaper than any other hotel in the area. I was able to walk to the arch, to restaurants, and to the baseball stadium area. The amenities were nice - what you would expect for this level of hotel in a downtown area. There were a couple of minor issues that just happen in hotels and the staff were very responsive and professional. I would definitely stay here again!!

“Dry friendly staff!! Secured parking garage (small spaces tho). Great location to Americas Center.”

Staff was very friendly upon arrival and the desk had to buzz you in the sliding glass door to enter the lobby. I liked that and made me feel better that homeless people and criminals have limited access. Interesting how the new policy is no room service unless you need it but that works for us. Pa… more

Staff was very friendly upon arrival and the desk had to buzz you in the sliding glass door to enter the lobby. I liked that and made me feel better that homeless people and criminals have limited access. Interesting how the new policy is no room service unless you need it but that works for us. Parking garage spaces were extremely too small. Most average Americans strive at least a mid size or compact SUV and I even had trouble parking my midsize SUV inside the garage and I’m an excellent driver. The parking garage was secured by doors and a security guard at night. I liked that. Three elevators don’t seem to be enough but not much can be done about that. Breakfast was on average. I wish the eggs were not powdered. The oatmeal is always fantastic. The pancake batter dispenser needs to be raised just an inch or two. The waffle batter dispenser needs to be raised just an inch or two higher so that the cups can fit underneath the dispenser.It would be nice to see an arch logo in the waffle iron. The rooms were decently clean, but the room showed moderate to heavy wear on furniture carpet walls. Air conditioning unit in room 1612 was very noisy when it shut off. I would have liked to seen an air conditioner that has a fan that runs constantly for white noise sheets and towels were clean. I like that we had plenty of towels. The arch view room was just okay. It’s partially blocked by a neighboring building. I think we paid $11 extra for the view which was decent. The windows are not sound proof so bring earplugs for the nights with loud mustangs and Harley’s on the streets!!! I felt secure staying in the hotel which was nice being downtown. I wish there was a hot tub, and I noticed that it was being filled in. That seems to be the norm at most hotels anymore anyway. The exercise bike, peloton, was unusable due to a broken seat clamp. That kind of ruined a little bit of my experience due to that is the only way that I wish to work out daily no free water was offered being a Hilton Honors member. I didn’t like how the rooms did not have a microwave! The shelves where the microwave could have sat were completely useless. Definitely need to re-introduce microwave. I thought the room rate was great for the location and if it was any higher, I would’ve stayed somewhere else. Again, I would like to complement how friendly the staff was. It was very surprising and refreshing, especially for being in such a big city that’s not known to be very friendly. $30 a day for parking is a bit steep, especially given. The parking situation was very cramped. I even heard some room guest had to park on the street and I’m sure they still got charged $30 a day for parking. I will return if I have an event at the Americas Center (dome) again. Otherwise I’ll return to my fav hotel in STL which is the Hampton Inn on south I55

Stayed at this location with my son for a soccer tournament over the weekend. When I arrived in the room, there was literally diarrhea in the toilet, the room had not been cleaned and there were crumbs everywhere. I called the front desk and the lady was very nice, but the guy that came to clean the room was extremely annoyed with me and told me to get out of the room. We when came back to the room, there were still skid marks in the toilet, the room wasn't vacuumed and it was still dirty. Another person on our team experienced the same thing. Front desk is 5 stars, cleaning staff 0 stars.
