“Great clean room for a great price”

Everything went smooth breakfast was much improved... Just didn't get to use the pool due to the timing of the Las Vegas .

Bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers. Room was quiet except for one night when there was a party next door. Problem was quickly resolved when I called front desk. The website indicates that rooms have a balcony, which is main reason I selected this hotel over others in the area. There are NO balconies. Hair dryer overheated and shut off within first minute of using it. No coffee maker in room, but given one from the front desk when asked, however it didnt work. Bought one for my 2 week stay. Breakfast was the typical continental breakfast with packages cheap danishes. Floor was filthy. I asked housekeeping to borrow their mop the 2nd night when I saw them in the next room, it was given to me but was worn and dirty, the mop water wasnt changed between rooms so it was filthy. I ended up buying my own mop to get the job done right. The room had a funky mildewy smell, even when opening the window and airing it out all day, every day. I got febreeze to help with this. Asked for an extra blanket and was told there was none available, so again bought something that should have been provided by the hotel. No iron or board in room, had to ask for one at the front desk. Was given a table top style iron board and iron. Not recognized as a Platinum member on check in. Gary at front desk was friendly enough, but not real helpful. The maintenance kept the grounds clean, outside trash emptied. There during a PGA event so room, which typically goes for 50 bucks were going for 175. Would I stay here again? Probably not, the motel 6 across the street was cheaper, and about the same level of cleanliness and amenities. Only reason I stayed here is because my 'go to' hotel was booked for several days out of the 2 weeks I was in town. Something is terribly wrong when I have to go out of pocket first day and purchase a blow dryer, extra blanket and coffee maker, items that should be available at any hotel.
