“Beautiful location and very friendly staff always ready to please.”
We love it here. Awesome views, great staff and new management eager to make it a 5 star experience. We have been guests here for several years and plan on returning every year. Great place to escape Texas heat in August!

Stay at High Sierra was excellent. Views were great, rooms were clean and service was excellent. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Amenities were kept clean and functional. “One staff member made a big difference”
Domingo the maintenance person went out of his way to secure us with a decent mattress so me and my husband could sleep together instead on the twin beds.

“view is great, resort is less great”
The views are great. The surrounding areas are quiet with not much service. The room is spacious but outdated. The kitchen cabinets are very old. The patio door is very hard to slide. There's a paper on it saying new door is ordered. However for me, it only means significantly less use of the … more
